Reward results, Inspire growth, Every activity
Avalon Achieve® is a cloud-based tool used to encourage student participation in a variety of enrichment activities on, and off-site. It combines all the scheduling and attendance features of Avalon Eventus® with the ability to fully track all aspects of extra-curricular activity.

Encourage participation
Avalon Achieve® makes it easy for students to add activities they participate in outside of school / college. Tutors and teachers can see these activities in the student’s profile page.
As students attend and complete any activity they are given points that count towards achievements and, eventually, awards.
Recognise and reward achievement
Teachers and tutors can view their students’ recent activity to support, encourage and promote conversation around a student’s interests.
Characteristic data can be used to identify those requiring extra support and encouragement (e.g. PP, FSM, EAL and SEND).
Activities that require a qualitative approach to assessment can be easily reviewed and signed off by staff – with multiple levels of sign-off, if required.

Monitor progress and associated outcomes
Senior leaders can view student progress towards awards, allowing recognition of achievements to be easily identified and celebrated.
Student characteristic data such as PP, FSM, EAL and SEND can be leveraged to confirm disadvantaged students are receiving extra support and encouragement, where necessary.
Reporting tools allow data to be exported to a spreadsheet for further analysis and cross-referencing with other outcome data, such as from the MIS or tracking tools.
What students have to say…
Oscar, a sixth-form student at Richard Challoner School has this to say about Challoner Challenge, powered by Avalon Achieve®
“The Challoner Challenge has been a great initiative during my time at Challoner. Since its introduction, the system of rewarding student involvement has led to a large increase in club attendance. This not only creates a greater sense of achievement for participation but also forms a stronger school community, facilitating valuable inter-year friendships and the exchange of new ideas that might have otherwise been missed. Personally, the Challenge has helped me to build meaningful relationships with a significant number of my peers, which has profoundly improved my overall experience at Richard Challoner.”
