Avalon Eventus® is a cloud-based tool to track and manage student attendance at enrichment activities in school / college.

Maintain accurate attendance records
Avalon Eventus® makes it simple to maintain accurate records of attendance at enrichment activities in school / college. Clubs and events that run to a regular timetable can be scheduled in advance, making it easy for students to discover what is happening on any given day.
Activity leaders can apply sign-up limits and / or sign-up availability windows to help make the sign-up process fair for all students as well as manage available resources. Students can also be assigned to a specific activity – useful for sports fixtures or revision classes, for example.
Once students have signed up, teachers and tutors can see who should be attending on the register. When students log in, they are reminded of events that are coming up – no more missed football practices or revision classes! If there is a change to the schedule, or the event is cancelled / postponed, notifications can be sent automatically to students and any of their associated contacts.
When the activity starts, the register can be taken by one or more assigned people. Student photos are displayed (when available) to help identify individuals.


Provide evidence of meeting Enrichment Benchmarks
All events and activities managed in Avalon Eventus® can be associated with one or more of the key Enrichment Benchmarks forming part of future inspection frameworks. Simply assign the relevant benchmark(s) and suitable reports can be generated showing coverage and uptake across the five main categories.
Identify uptake of enrichment activities
Tutors, teachers and senior leaders can easily generate attendance reports for specific activities or groups of activities. Additional characteristic data such as PP, FSM, EAL and SEND can be included to show provision for disadvantaged students – especially where the school / college is receiving additional funding for specific activities.

Simple data management
All Avalon products can utilise existing data based in a school MIS. We use Wonde to synchronise data between most school MIS solutions and Avalon Eventus® or Avalon Achieve®. Sign-in is supported from common identity management services such as Google and Microsoft. We can also provide bespoke data sync and sign-in options if preferred.
